1. I want to visit the exhibition. How and when can I apply?

Ans.⇒ You can request free "Visitor Ticket Request" online anytime before the show, and the tickets will be either sent to you or downloadable, upon receipt of your information. To request free "Visitor Ticket Request" visit the following page and complete the form. Upon admission, you need a visitor ticket and several business cards.

* This exhibition is held for business purpose. (Please note that the general public and those under 18 years old are not admitted to enter.)

2. How much is the admission fee for the exhibition?

Ans.⇒ The admission fee is FREE if you have an Visitor Ticket. To apply for FREE Visitor Tickets, visit the following page and complete the form. https://www.ifex.jp/en/inv/

3. Is a VISA necessary to enter Japan?

Ans.⇒ Whether or not a visa is necessary in order to enter Japan varies by your nationality. For details, please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly. Please note that Show Management does not support visitors with VISA.

4. Can I enter other concurrent shows with one ticket?

Ans.⇒ Yes. The admission badge you will receive in exchange for the visitor ticket is valid for following concurrent shows.

5. How do I get to the venue from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport?

Ans.⇒ By train, Airport Limousine (bus), Airport Taxi (fixed fare taxi) or taxi. Please see below for more details.

6. How do I get to the venue from Tokyo metropolitan area?

Ans.⇒ Jump to the "Venue Info & Access" page from the link below.

7. How and when can I make a hotel reservation?

Ans.⇒ Jump to hotel information below.

8. How do I get my name on the mailing list for future information?

Ans.⇒ E-mail us with the following Subject: "Add me to the Mailing List"

9. Is the admission badge valid during the exhibition period?

Ans.⇒ Yes. Once you complete the registration procedures and receive your badge on site, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue during the 3-day exhibition period.

10. How can I find out more about the exhibitors?

11. Can I visit the exhibition with my children?

Ans.⇒ This exhibition is held for business purpose, therefore any of those who are under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the exhibition.
